- Refund by cancellation from customers end before the delivery process. If you the customer have requested before the delivery process in written communication to info@vitafoam.co.ke or by request through the contact form on this website, you will either get a full refund (100%) will be reversed within 3-7 days back to the customer in the same payment method that was used during checkout on this website.
- Refund by cancellation from the customers end after the delivery process. has already begun but not reached the customers’ location yet, In this case the customer will receive a partial refund, whereby only the product will be refunded, but the client will be charged the full rate for delivery, the partial refund will be reversed within 3-7 days back to the customer in the same payment method that was used during checkout on this website.
